1. Introduction

Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using the https://seoscribe.io website (“Services”) operated by SeoScribe (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement then you do not have permission to access the Services.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

The Services are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis (Monthly or Annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, you can renew your subscription under the same conditions, if you wish.

We do not store your payment card details. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processors (Stripe/PayPal).

3. Subscription Cancellations and Refund

You may cancel your Subscription for a full refund within ten (10) calendar days of your initial purchase, provided that you have used less than 20 credits , with our AI tool.

You can deactivate your account at any time, but no refund will be issued and the remaining balance will be lost; so be careful before deactivating your account. To cancel your subscription or request a refund, simply send an email to support@seoscribe.io or submit a request via the "Contact" page, indicating the subject "Refund request; cancel subscription..." and providing the order details as well as the reason for the cancellation/refund.

4. Content & Copyright

Our Service allows You to post and generate Content. You represent that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or have the right to use it, and (ii) the posting of your Content does not violate the privacy rights or copyrights of any person.

We do not claim ownership of the content you generate using SeoScribe. You retain all rights to your generated articles, and content.

5. SeoScribe API Access & Usage

SeoScribe does not allow the connection of third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Instead, we provide direct access to our own proprietary API for advanced integration.

Eligibility: API access is strictly reserved for users subscribed to the Professional Plan.

Request Process: To obtain your unique API Key, you must contact our support team via support@seoscribe.io or submit a request via the "Contact" page. Please explicitly state "API Access Request" in the subject line of your email.

Issuance: Upon verification of your request, you will receive a secure response containing detailed documentation on how to retrieve your personal API key.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API Key. SeoScribe is not liable for any usage costs or damages resulting from a compromised key shared with third parties.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeoScribe, nor its directors, employees, partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
